a non-toxic, ph balanced soap with no anti-microbial properties. it works by lowering the surface tension between oil and water, helping the oil to dissolve. this product is designed to be used in conjunction with clean water microbial powder. these products work together to degrade hydrocarbon contaminants under the surface of water, as well as on hard surfaces such as gravel and concrete where organic contaminants may have spilled. rate of reaction is temperature dependent and may take several hours for light fuels in water, and several months for crude oil in soil.
