The following is a list of terms and conditions that answers common questions about ordering items from our online or printed catalog. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order. All purchases are subject to our terms & conditions.

Pricing

Prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes, shipping or handling. U.S. and International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. All products, prices, descriptions, photos and quantities are subject to change without prior notice.  Payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard, your address and credit card billing address must match and will be verified.  In order to comply with  Canadian and provincial sales tax, GST, HST and PST  will be added to your order.  We make every effort to maintain accurate prices.  Errors in product descriptions, weights, prices, and photography are unintentional and are subject to correction. Prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without prior notice. 


ORDERING INFORMATION

Purchases online are considered orders or requests for products with deposits and are non contractual until terms and conditions and shipping policy's are accepted. Invoices will only be issued once the product is shipped.   

Online Account

Opening an account online with us will save you time on future orders. Registered customers do not have to re-enter their personal information each time they make a purchase. Plus, they will be notified of updates, promotions, sales and personalized memos, information, news and pricing. 

Products & Pricing from our  Catalog

In the search box at the top of the home page, type in the part number or phrase that are relevant to your search. The search engine will then show a list of products that meet your search query. Not all items are in stock readily available for shipment, items may be out of stock, or subject to a manufacturer’s delay or discontinued before they have been removed from the site; a Customer Service Representative will notify you. 

Applying Coupons & Gifts Cards

You can redeem coupons by entering it in the promotional code field in the shopping cart at checkout.  Some coupons are exclusive and cannot be combined. Gift Cards can also be redeemed online by entering the certificate number in the promotional code field at checkout. 

Change or Cancel Order

You may make changes or cancel your order by contacting us with your full name, address and order number only if your order has not  been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind everything we sell. If for Any Reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of purchase. All Goods returned within 30 days of purchase must be unused and in original packaging. That includes any tags, product manuals, additional parts that came with the product. We are happy to accept your unwanted item however, we must be able to sell it to someone else. So please return products complete. Incomplete or damaged items will be returned to you at your expense and or charges will Be Applied.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, except in an instance where we have made a shipping error, we will then send you a return postage label. Merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects. Kindly Contact our customer service agents for applicable warranty information. Final sales, no exchanges or credits under any circumstances apply on the following products: drop ship items, clearance items, all electronics, gauges, compasses and binoculars, cut materials such as rope, chain, wire, hoses, carpets, fabrics, vinyl, mica, electrical components and their parts, electrical motor parts, invertors and generators, batteries and chargers as well as close-outs, discontinued items, specially ordered items and items that may be copied, books, maps, manuals etc.. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us by email Within 10 days for replacement. Returns from International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees to be paid prior to a credit being  issued. We can not accept returns older than 30 days. Please note: Products not mentioned above purchased in the off-season (November 1st through April 30th)  may be returned prior to June 1st providing they have been unopened and not used as per our return policy.

 



WARRANTY

Defective items covered by warranty will Be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer's warranty policy. Most manufacturers request  that you contact them first before returning an item, often they may solve the problem quickly and easily over the phone and will save you the trouble of having to return it. If you believe a product is defective, please first call the manufacturer's phone number listed in the item's packaging materials or through our manufacturer's link is our website. If the manufacturer can not solve the problem over the phone, They will we advise you what to do next whether it be working through Marine Mart Inc. or directly dealing with an authorized service center.

No warranty against fading caused by the sun, UV rays and / or acid rain for the following products: ropes, flags, covers, mica, seats, canvases, biminis and carpets.

Amma Marine does not guarantee its chains against rust because we have no control over the water or the contaminants it may contain or that may circulate there.

Warranty for AMMA Aluminum propellers, the best in the industry !! Included with the purchase of AMMA propellers a no-fault warranty against collisions. Yes, with a $75 handling charge at time of warranty claim, we will replace over our counter your damaged propeller with another identical propeller :

- 3 years from the date of initial purchase, plus taxes to original owner with proof of purchase;

- No monotary value;

- No credit may applied to another product;

- Subject to the availability.

Important : Our no-fault propeller warranty does not apply to stainless steel propellers

 

 

Captain Club Membership

 

By enrolling in the Captain Club (“Program”), you agree to (i) these Program Terms, (ii) Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine general Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, the Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and Class-Action Waiver provisions, (iii) Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine Return Policy, and (iv) Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine Security and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Program Terms”), as well as to the decisions of Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine with respect to the Program, which are final and binding in all respects.

  1. ELIGIBILITY:

    Membership in the Program is open to legal Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. “Membership” is personal, nontransferable, and non sellable and is limited to one individual per account. Business entities are not eligible for enrollment. Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may refuse enrollment to anyone in its sole and absolute discretion.

  2. MEMBERSHIP FEE AND MEMBERSHIP TERM:

    The current “Membership Fee”, exclusive of all applicable taxes, is applicable for a one (1) calendar year beginning on the date of initial purchase (i.e., enrollment) and ending on the 31st of December in the same calendar year, as applicable ("Membership Term"). The amount of the then-current Membership Fee will be posted in-store and online at Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine.

  3. HOW TO ENROLL:

    You may enroll in the Program by purchasing a Membership in-store at the register, or online at Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine, or by calling 1-450-983-2500. In order to enroll in the Program, you must provide, at a minimum, your name, address, a valid email address and phone number. The full version of the Program Terms will be available in store upon request at or near the cash register and at Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine. You will receive a welcome email within seven (7) days following your initial enrollment, which will include a hyperlink to the full Program Terms.

  4. END OF MEMBERSHIP TERM:

    Your Membership will immediately expire at the end of the calendar year of purchase. In order to renew/reactivate your Membership, you must re-enroll in the Program by purchasing a new Membership in-store, online, or Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine Contact Center at 1-450-983-2500

  5. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

    As part of the Membership, Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may, from time to time and in its sole and absolute discretion, offer certain “Benefits” to Members, which will be communicated to Members from time to time via email, online at Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine, and/or in-store postings.

    In-store: You can access Benefits in-store by providing the Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine associate with the phone number and/or email address associated with your Membership at the time of checkout. Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine associates may request additional identification to confirm Membership. Memberships purchased in-store will be activated immediately, and Benefits will be immediately applied to any additional in-store purchases made contemporaneously with the initial Membership purchase.

    Online: You can access Benefits online at Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine by logging into your online account prior to checkout using the email address associated with your Membership. Your coupon code provided to you in your welcome email will need to be applied to any online purchases made following the initial Membership purchase at time of checkout.

    All Benefits will be subject to the terms and conditions promulgated by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine connection with such Benefit, including, but not limited to, exclusions, purchase limitations, and expiration dates, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Benefits cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Benefits are limited to one per Member and may not be stacked or combined with any other coupon, sale, promotion, or offer made by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine . No specific Benefits are guaranteed, and Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may, from time to time and in its sole and absolute discretion, change what Benefits are available to Members. Benefits may not be the same for all Members and may vary. Benefits have no value outside of the Program. Any discounted or sale items are available while supplies last and no rain checks will be provided. All Benefit details and/or ambiguities will be determined and resolved by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  6. ENROLLMENT INCENTIVES:

    Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may, from time to time and in its sole and absolute discretion, offer additional “Enrollment Incentives” to encourage participation in the Program. Any such Enrollment Incentives will be prospective and for new Members only. Unless otherwise specified by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine , Enrollment Incentives will not apply retroactively to existing Members and will at all times be subject to the terms and conditions promulgated by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine in connection with the Enrollment Incentive, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine are not obligated to offer any Enrollment Incentives.

  7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION:

    No portion of the Membership Fee will be refunded for any cancellation. Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may, in its sole discretion and without refund, decline a return or cancellation of any Membership for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, any person Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine determines to be abusing this section or any other aspect of this Program, acting in a fraudulent, disruptive, adverse, or harmful manner, or otherwise violating these Program Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Section and Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine Return Policy, the Return Policy shall prevail.

  8. ADDITIONAL TERMS; CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION; DISPUTE RESOLUTION; CLASS-ACTION WAIVER:

    The Program is also subject to Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine general Terms and Condition including, but not limited to, the Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and Class-Action Waiver provisions.

  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, and the Program and/or any Benefits are void where prohibited by law. Unless otherwise specified by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine, Program is not valid in combination with any other programs, specials (example are: Taxes included weeks or weekends, make an offer), sales, coupons, liquidations, promotions, or other benefits offered by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine. Members are prohibited from using the Benefits to purchase any product(s) from Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine with the intent to resell, and may only use Benefits for personal, family, and/or household purposes, not for resale, commercial, or business purposes.

Participation is at Member's sole risk. The Program and its Benefits are provided on strictly "as is,” "as available,” “where available,” and “while supplies last”. By participating in the Program, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability or damages which may arise out of your Membership or participation in the Program or the use or redemption of any Benefit or product sold by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine . Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine makes no warranty (express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or arising from course of performance) with regard to the Program, its Benefits, or any of its products, including any warranty as to results from use of the Program. Without limiting the foregoing, liability of the Released Parties, in the aggregate, shall not exceed the Fees paid by the Member for that Member's current Membership Term.

Released Parties are not responsible for errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the announcement or fulfillment of the Benefits or in any Program-related materials. Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may, in its sole discretion and without refund, immediately terminate the Membership of any person for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, any person found tampering with or abusing the Benefits or any aspect of this Program, engaging in resale of Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine products, acting in a disruptive, adverse, or harmful manner, or otherwise violating these Program Terms. Membership Fees will not be refunded if Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine believe a Member has abused privileges or violated the Program Terms. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Program.

Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine reserves the right at any time to (a) modify, suspend, or cancel the Program, (b) increase the Membership Fee, and/or (c) modify, update, or revise the Program Terms and/or Benefits (collectively, “Program Changes”). Any Program Changes will be effective immediately with or without notice (except where notice is required by law) by posting the updated terms on Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine website or in-store; provided, however, any increase in the Membership Fee will only be applicable to future purchases. Your participation in the Program after the Program Changes, including, but not limited to, utilization of any Benefits after the Program Changes, will be deemed acceptance of such changes. You should review the online Program Terms periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version. You will always be able to tell when the version was last updated by checking the "Last Revised" date at the top of the Program Terms. In the event Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine cancels or terminates the Program or your Membership, Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine may elect, if it so chooses, to maintain Benefits until expiration of your Membership Term or refund a pro rata portion of your Membership Fees. You must be a paid member in good standing order to be eligible to apply or receive any benefits, promotions, coupons or discounts made available to members. Proof of paid membership may be required and can be requested before, during or after a transaction has been completed to protect and in fairness to other paid members .

Your personal information collected in connection with this Program will be used in accordance with Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine Security and Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding any current or prior election to the contrary, by providing your email address and/or phone number to Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine, you consent to being contacted by Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine (including by SMS, text, voice call, pre-recorded message, and autodialing and/or auto texting system) about your Membership, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes with respect to the Program and other Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine offerings. If you no longer wish to receive future promotional texts, phone calls, or emails from us, you can unsubscribe in accordance with Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine Security and Privacy Policy; provided, however, you do so knowing that your election to unsubscribe may negatively impact your ability to receive or access the Benefits for the remainder of your Membership Term. Additionally, any request for Entrepot Marine Mart/ Amma Marine to delete your personal information pursuant to any other similar privacy law, may negatively impact your ability to receive or access the Benefits for the remainder of your Membership Term.
