Drain fitting for pull-up cleats - use with #041306 6-1/4" "s" & #041426 5-3/4# straight
connects to bottom of cleat and collects any rain water that seeps in and directs it to the bilge. or cockpit, or overboard.
connection for 1/4" user supplied hose.
